Requirements and Skills:

– Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles
– Knowledge of HR processes and procedures
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
– Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
– Detail-oriented and well-organized
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Qualifications:

– SHRM-CP or other HR certifications are a plus
