Job Title: Junior Bookkeeper – US Accounting

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Junior Bookkeeper with at least 2 years of experience in US Accounting to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports. This role requires attention to detail, strong numerical skills, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities:
– Record day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software
– Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
– Prepare and send invoices to customers
– Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
– Assist in the preparation of financial statements
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
– Assist with payroll processing
– Support senior accounting staff as needed

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping, preferably in US Accounting
– Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero
– Strong understanding of US GAAP
– Excellent numerical and analytical skills
– Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Strong communication skills

Qualifications:
