Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with various accounting tasks and provide support in financial transactions, record-keeping, and budget management.
Responsibilities:
– Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
– Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
– Reconcile bank statements and maintain financial records
– Assist with tax preparation and audits
– Support senior accountants with various accounting tasks
– Follow internal controls and procedures to ensure compliance
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
– Strong mathematical and analytical skills
– Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
– Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
– Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
– Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
– 0-2 years of experience in accounting or finance
– CPA or relevant certification is a plus
