Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Junior Accountant with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. The Junior Accountant will assist in managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and maintaining accurate financial records for our organization.
Responsibilities:
– Assisting in the preparation of financial statements
– Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
– Reconciling bank statements and financial data
– Assisting in budget preparation and monitoring
– Supporting senior accountants and finance team with various tasks
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
– 1 year of relevant accounting experience
– Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
– Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
– CPA certification is a plus
– Experience with financial analysis and reporting
– Familiarity with GAAP and financial regulations
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
