Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Junior HR Executive to join our team and support our HR department in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment processes, employee relations, onboarding, and other HR functions. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with up to 1- 2 years of experience in HR looking to grow their career.

Responsibilities:
– Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
– Handle new employee onboarding and orientation processes.
– Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
– Assist in employee relations activities and conflict resolution.
– Support HR team in various administrative tasks and projects.
– Conduct research on HR trends and best practices.
– Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred.
– Up to 2 years of experience in HR or related field.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
– Proficiency in MS Office suite and HR software.
– Detail-oriented and organized.
– Proactive and eager to learn.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred.
– Previous internship or up to1- 2 years of work experience in HR or related field.
– Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
– Certification in HR is a plus.
