Job Title: Junior Accounts Executive
Job Overview:
The Junior Accounts Executive will be responsible for assisting in the financial management and reporting of the company. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of accounting principles.
Responsibilities:
– Prepare and maintain financial records
– Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
– Assist in the preparation of financial statements
– Reconcile bank statements and general ledgers
– Assist with budgeting and forecasting

– Provide financial analysis and reports
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
– 4 years of experience in accounting or finance
– Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, SAP)
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent attention to detail
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
– CPA or relevant certification is a plus
