RKC Infrabuilt Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an IT Support Executive / Engineer to provide technical assistance and maintain IT systems. This role is ideal for freshers interested in hardware, networking, and technical support.
Job Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Install and configure computer systems and applications
• Provide technical support to users via call, email, or in person
• Manage printers, routers, and peripheral devices
• Maintain IT assets and system records
• Handle software installation and system updates
• Support data backup and basic security processes
• Maintain issue logs using tools like Zendesk or Freshdesk
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams when required
Required Skills
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking
• Understanding of Windows OS and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with MS Office and remote support tools
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Attention to detail and teamwork
