Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and securing top talent in the information technology field. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of recruiting for various IT positions and will be skilled at identifying candidates who are the best fit for the organization’s needs.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements for open positions
– Source potential candidates through online channels, job fairs, and networking events
– Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge
– Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications
– Coordinate interview process between candidates and hiring managers
– Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment
– Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– 1-3 years of experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar role
– Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruiting software
– Strong knowledge of technical skills and IT terminology
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Qualifications:
– Proven track record of successfully recruiting IT professionals
– Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
– Certification in HR or recruiting is a plus
– Familiarity with sourcing techniques and best practices
