Location: Malad West, Mumbai

Job Type: Full-time (On-site)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Work Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated IT Recruiter to join our team at RP Star Consultancy. The ideal candidate should have a passion for recruitment and a keen interest in the IT industry. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply — training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various IT roles through job portals, social media, and other hiring platforms.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Communicate effectively with candidates and clients to ensure smooth hiring operations.
Understand IT job descriptions and basic technical terms related to roles.
Requirements:
6 months to 1 year of experience in IT recruitment preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Familiarity with different IT roles and technologies will be an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
