Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with hiring managers to understand IT staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
– Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
– Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open IT positions.
– Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and suitability for the role.
– Coordinate interview schedules and communicate feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
– Extend job offers, negotiate salaries, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
– Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics to monitor effectiveness of recruiting strategies.
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
– Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter, with a minimum of 3 years in IT recruitment.
– In-depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
– Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Certification in recruitment or HR is a plus.
