Shift Timing: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM IST
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled IT Project Manager with at least 4 years of experience in IT project management ,
or software project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end ‘
software and IT projects, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, time,
and budget. The role requires strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, excellent stakeholder
management, and experience with industry-standard project management tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
Develop detailed project plans and allocate resources effectively.
Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the primary contact for all project-related communications.
Manage expectations of internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors.
Team Coordination:
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely achievement of project milestones.
Budget and Resource Management:
Track project budgets and resource utilization.
Prepare cost forecasts and ensure adherence to financial goals.
Risk and Issue Management:
Identify potential project risks and issues.
Develop and implement risk mitigation and change management strategies.
Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Maintain thorough and accurate project documentation.
Project Methodology:
Apply appropriate project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) based on project requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum (preferred).
Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT project management or software project delivery.
Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Trello, MS Project, or Asana.
Solid understanding of software development life cycles and IT infrastructure.
