Job Title: International Sales – Outbound Tele-calling (International Telesales)
Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Languages Required: English and Hindi
Qualification: HSC and above
Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in International Telesales, Collections, Upsell, Cross-sell, or Renewals
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential international clients
Drive telesales operations and contribute to revenue growth
Close sales and meet performance targets while ensuring high levels of customer engagement
What We Offer:
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (in-hand) based on last drawn salary
Incentives: Unlimited performance-based incentives
Night Allowance: ₹100 per day (in addition to salary and incentives)
Shifts: 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM with 2 rotational weekly offs
Employment Type: On official payroll with standard employee benefits
Additional Requirements:
Age: 23 to 39 years
