Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Internal Auditor to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in internal audit processes, preferably in the real estate sector. Experience in auditing corporate functions such as P2P, O2C, H2R, and Finance & Accounts will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct internal audits across various departments to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Review business processes to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare detailed audit reports with clear observations and actionable recommendations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
Ensure strong internal controls and support process improvement initiatives.
Monitor corrective measures and track progress to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Experience
Minimum 1 year of internal audit experience.
Experience in the Real Estate sector is an added advantage.
Strong exposure to audit processes in:
▪ P2P (Procure to Pay)
▪ O2C (Order to Cash)
▪ H2R (Hire to Retire)
▪ Finance & Accounts
Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Accounts, Commerce, or related field.
Knowledge of audit tools, compliance standards, and financial processes.
