Job Title: Insurance Sales Manager

Pali – 5
CTC: ₹3,65,000 – ₹3,84,000 per annum (₹3.65 LPA – ₹3.84 LPA)
Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and manage insurance advisors
Motivate advisors to achieve sales targets
Drive insurance policy sales and renewals
Conduct performance reviews and regular meetings
Support agents in closing deals
Maintain strong customer and advisor relationships
Key Skills:

Candidate Requirements:
Must be a local resident (within 35 km of job location)
Graduation is mandatory
Strong sales and communication skills required
Minimum 5 years of residence in the same location
Personal vehicle required
Must report by 9:30 AM daily
