Job Summary:
We are hiring enthusiastic and goal-driven Insurance Advisors to promote and sell insurance products via outbound calls. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to build a career in financial services and insurance sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain insurance products.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable life or general insurance plans.
Handle objections professionally and close sales.
Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Provide post-sale support and ensure a smooth policy issuance process.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: Undergraduate (any stream)
Strong communication skills in Hindi
Male and female candidates welcome
Experience in sales preferred, but freshers can also apply
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Salary Structure:
Freshers: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 + Incentives
Experienced: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 + Incentives + Unlimited Bonus
