Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead our inside sales team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of inside sales experience and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of inside sales representatives, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
– Manage and lead a team of inside sales representatives
– Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
– Set sales targets and motivate team members to achieve them
– Monitor sales performance and provide feedback and coaching to team members
– Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales processes and improve customer satisfaction
– Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
– Minimum of 5 years of inside sales experience
– Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
– Strong leadership and team management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
