Job Description: Inside Sales Executive (3 years of experience)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Executive with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales within a designated territory.

Responsibilities:
– Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to generate leads and nurture existing prospects.
– Qualify leads and present product demonstrations to potential customers.
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
– Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns for lead generation.
– Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities and pipeline.

Requirements and Skills:
– Proven track record of at least 3 years in inside sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Experience using CRM software to manage leads and opportunities.
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
