Title: Inside IT Sales Executive (Fresher)

Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Inside IT Sales Executive (Fresher) to support the company’s sales and business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, prospect engagement, and promoting IT solutions while working closely with technical and business teams. This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to build a career in IT sales and business development.

Role & Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online platforms
Engage with prospects to understand their business and IT requirements
Present and explain the company’s IT services and technology solutions to potential clients
Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for senior sales or technical teams
Maintain accurate lead and activity records in the CRM system
Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales pipeline
Coordinate with technical teams to understand solutions and client requirements
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales documentation
Meet assigned lead generation and conversion targets
Ensure professional communication and a positive customer experience

Education / Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
Freshers are encouraged to apply
Basic understanding of IT services or software solutions is an advantage

Knowledge / Experience / Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confidence in handling inbound and outbound sales calls
Basic knowledge of IT services, software development, or digital solutions
Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot – basic level)
Ability to understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions
Good follow-up, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email, internet tools)
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn
