Job Description – Import Customer Service Executive
Job Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai (Near Station)
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Salary: Up to ₹30,000/- per month + Paid Leaves
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate with Customs House Agents (CHA) for smooth clearance of shipments.
Handle import documentation and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely shipment updates.
Address and resolve customer queries related to import procedures.
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders for seamless logistics operations.
Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain accurate records and reports of import transactions.
