Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to oversee and manage our HVAC projects from start to finish.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience in HVAC project management
and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
– Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of HVAC projects from conception to completion.
– Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project team members to ensure project requirements are met.
– Prepare project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
– Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and quality assurance.
– Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
– Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project.
– Manage project resources efficiently to optimize productivity and minimize costs.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC project management.
– Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
– Proficiency in project management software and tools.
– PMP certification is a plus.

Skills Required:

Expertise in HVAC systems (VRF, ducting, installation).
Strong knowledge of project documentation and planning.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
