Job Title: Human Resources Executive

Job Overview:
As a Human Resources Executive with 3 years of experience, you will play a key role in the HR department, overseeing various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. You will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of human capital within the organization.

Responsibilities:
– Lead the recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiations
– Administer employee benefits and handle HR-related queries
– Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
– Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers
– Handle employee relations issues and support conflict resolution
– Coordinate training and development initiatives for staff
– Stay updated on labor laws and ensure compliance
– Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– 3 years of experience in human resources roles
– Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
– Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office suite
– Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP) is a plus
