Job Overview:
As a Human Resources Executive, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of various HR functions within the organization. You will support the HR department in recruiting, training, employee relations, and other HR activities.
Responsibilities:
– Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
– Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including orientation and training sessions
– Assist with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
– Help with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
– Manage employee records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
– Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities and events
– Prepare HR reports and analyze data to support decision-making
– Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
– Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
– Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
– Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
– Ability to work well in a team environment
– Prior internship or work experience in HR is a plus
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– 0-1 year of experience in HR or related field
– HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
