Job Title: Human Resources Executive
Job Overview:
The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
They will support the HR department in various key functions, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.
Responsibilities:
– Assist in recruitment processes such as job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
– Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees
– Support in performance management processes, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback
– Handle employee relations issues and assist in resolution
– Maintain HR records and information systems
– Assist with compliance tasks related to employment laws and regulations
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles
– Knowledge of HR practices and procedures
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
– Proficiency in MS Office applications
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– 2+ years of experience in HR roles
