Job Description: HRM Intern
Stipend: Up to ₹10,000/month

Job Overview:
As an HRM Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and insight into the field of Human Resource Management. You will support the HR team in various tasks and projects to develop your skills and understanding of HR processes.

Responsibilities:
– Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
– Support employee onboarding and orientation activities.
– Help maintain employee records and update HR databases.
– Assist in organizing training and development programs.
– Support HR team in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback.
– Assist in drafting HR policies and procedures.
– Handle administrative tasks related to HR operations.

Requirements skill:
– Pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
– Strong interest in HR and eagerness to learn.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
– Proficiency in MS Office applications.
– Organizational skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications:
– Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resource Management or related field.
– No prior work experience required, but any relevant internship or volunteer experience is a plus.
– Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
