Job Summary:
ARNA Accounting Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled Spanish Language Expert to support its global client base. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and comfortable handling communication, translation, and documentation tasks for Spanish-speaking clients. Prior experience in customer service, business communication, or BPO/KPO environment is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
Communicate professionally with Spanish-speaking clients via email, chat, or calls
Translate business documents and communications from Spanish to English and vice versa
Support internal teams with language-specific documentation and interpretation
Ensure accurate and culturally appropriate translations
Collaborate with the operations and client service teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Maintain logs of communication and translation work

Required Skills:
Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written)
Excellent translation and interpretation skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and email tools
Attention to detail and ability to handle client interactions independently

Preferred:
DELE certification or equivalent recognized Spanish language certification
Experience in international client support or multilingual roles
