Job Description

Title: HR Trainee

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Trainee to support the Human Resources team in day-to-day HR operations. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates looking to start their career in HR and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Role & Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment activities such as screening resumes and scheduling interviews
Support employee onboarding and induction processes
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Assist in attendance, leave, and payroll-related data coordination
Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance activities
Help organize training sessions, meetings, and employee engagement activities
Respond to basic HR-related queries from employees
Prepare reports and MIS related to HR activities
Provide general administrative support to the HR department

Education / Certification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
HR-related certification or internship experience is a plus

Knowledge / Experience / Skills
Basic understanding of HR concepts and processes
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Attention to detail and willingness to learn
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
