Job Title: HR Trainee

Job Overview:
As an HR Trainee, you will be responsible for providing support in various HR functions and learning the ropes of human resources management. You will assist in recruitment, onboarding, training, compliance, and other HR activities under the guidance of experienced HR professionals.
Responsibilities:
– Assist in job postings and candidate screening
– Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation processes
– Maintain and update employee records and databases
– Support HR team in organizing training and development programs
– Assist in drafting HR policies and procedures
– Help in ensuring HR compliance with laws and regulations
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Good organizational and time-management abilities
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information
– Proficiency in MS Office applications
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
– Internship or coursework related to HR is a plus
– Certification in HR practices is beneficial
