Job Overview:
Our company is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill our job openings. The HR Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, attract top talent, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Responsibilities:
– Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
– Source potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other channels
– Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit
– Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
– Conduct reference checks and background checks on potential candidates
– Extend job offers and negotiate salary packages
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the HR database
– Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and strategies

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role
– Proven track record of successfully sourcing and selecting candidates
– Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational and time-management abilities
– Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools
