Job Title: HR Recruiter
Location: Delhi or Bangalore
Salary: ₹30,000 in-hand
Working Days: 6 days a week
Shift Timings: Day Shift (9 AM to 6 PM)
Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in recruitment and should be proficient in English communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from posting jobs to offer stage.
Ensure timely follow-ups and effective communication with candidates.
Assist in maintaining a recruitment database and tracking hiring metrics.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment.
Fluency in English communication (both written and verbal) is a must.
Good knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment targets.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with candidates.
Additional Information:
This is a work from office role, based either in Delhi or Bangalore.
The selected candidate must be able to work on-site in a full-time capacity.
