Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter (Female) to join our consultancy team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in recruitment and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen potential candidates through various job portals and platforms
Schedule and conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
Maintain and build a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future requirements
Handle end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with job portals and sourcing tools
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Good understanding of recruitment trends and hiring practices
