Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of human resources experience, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. This role involves managing all aspects of the HR function and collaborating with employees at all levels.

Responsibilities:
– Manage recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
– Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers
– Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures
– Process payroll and benefits administration
– Conduct training sessions on HR topics
– Maintain accurate HR records and documentation

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– 3+ years of experience in HR roles
– Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
– Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
– Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll software
– Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions
