Job Title: HR Payroll Executive

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Payroll Executive to manage and oversee all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll administration, strong attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of payroll laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
– Process payroll for employees on a regular schedule
– Ensure accuracy of timekeeping records and calculations
– Maintain and update employee payroll information
– Prepare payroll reports for management
– Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees
– Stay current on payroll laws and regulations
– Assist with payroll audits as needed

Requirements and Skills:
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll administration
– Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Excel
– Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
– Ability to work with confidential information
– Strong organizational and time management skills

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, or related field
– Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation preferred
– Proficiency in HRIS systems
– Familiarity with relevant payroll and accounting software
