Job Title: HR Operations Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our team. The HR Operations Specialist will be responsible for overseeing various HR operations functions such as payroll processing, benefits administration, compliance, and employee record maintenance. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in HR operations and a strong understanding of HR best practices.

Responsibilities:
– Manage and oversee HR operations functions including payroll processing, benefits administration, compliance, and employee record maintenance
– Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, benefits, and other HR transactions
– Manage employee data and maintain accurate records in HR information systems
– Collaborate with internal teams to streamline HR processes and improve operational efficiency
– Stay up-to-date on HR laws and regulations to ensure compliance with legal requirements
– Assist with HR reporting and analysis as needed

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR operations
– Strong understanding of HR best practices and principles
– Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
– Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– 4+ years of experience in HR operations
– Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
– Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Workday or ADP
