Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated HR Operations Intern to join our team. This internship opportunity is ideal for individuals who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in HR operations. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to support various HR functions and projects, contributing to the overall success of the HR department.

Responsibilities:
1. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
2. Support HR team in maintaining and updating employee records.
3. Assist in organizing and scheduling trainings and development programs.
4. Support HR team in handling employee queries and requests.
5. Assist in HR policy and procedure development and implementation.
6. Coordinate and assist in various HR projects as required.

Requirements:
1. Currently pursuing or recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources or related field.
2. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Ability to maintain confidentiality while working with sensitive information.
5. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Strong desire to learn and grow in the field of HR operations.

Qualifications:
– Enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
– Demonstrated interest in HR operations through coursework, projects, or previous internships.
– Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
– Prior experience in HR or related field is a plus, but not required.
