Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled HR Operations Executive with 3-5 years of experience to manage and oversee the daily HR operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling HR processes, implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities:
– Implementing HR policies and procedures
– Managing the recruitment and onboarding process
– Overseeing employee benefits administration
– Handling payroll processing, time and attendance tracking
– Managing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts
– Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
– Maintaining accurate HR records and data management
– Providing HR support to employees and management

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– 3-5 years of experience in HR operations
– Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and regulations
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Proficient in HRIS and MS Office applications
– Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– Professional certifications like SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus
– Experience with HRIS software and tools
