Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled HR Operations Executive with at least 2 years of experience to oversee and manage the day-to-day HR operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and improving various HR processes and programs to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities:
– Manage and conduct HR operational activities such as employee onboarding, offboarding, and payroll processing.
– Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures to comply with legal regulations.
– Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs.
– Assist in recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
– Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and general inquiries.
– Support HR reporting and analytics by preparing relevant data and reports.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR operations.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
– Proven work experience as an HR Operations Executive or similar role for at least 2 years.
– Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and regulations.
– Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software systems.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
– Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
– Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
