Job Description:
We are hiring an HR Operations Executive to join Vinayak Enterprises in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR operations and will be responsible for managing various HR functions such as employee lifecycle management, documentation, HRIS data management, and supporting overall HR activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Employee Life Cycle Management: Manage the onboarding, induction, and exit process for employees.

HR Documentation: Ensure all employee records and documentation are up-to-date and comply with legal and organizational requirements.

HRIS Management: Maintain accurate employee data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).

Payroll Support: Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payments.

Employee Engagement: Coordinate and assist with employee engagement programs and activities.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal HR processes.

Reporting: Generate HR reports and assist with various HR-related queries and tasks.

Candidate Requirements:
Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.

Skills:

Knowledge of HR processes, systems, and documentation

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)

Familiarity with HRIS tools

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
