Job Title: HR Officer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated HR Officer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team. The HR Officer will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
– Manage recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
– Handle employee relations matters, such as resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.
– Implement performance management processes, including goal-setting and performance evaluations.
– Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
– Maintain employee records and handle HR administration tasks.
– Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
– Conduct training sessions for employees on HR-related topics.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles.
– Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
– Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
– SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles.
