Job Description:
Kataria Automobiles is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee human resource operations and support organizational growth. The candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues
Monitor employee performance and appraisal processes
Conduct training and development programs
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Manage attendance, payroll coordination, and HR records
Lead employee engagement initiatives
Support departmental managers with HR solutions
Prepare HR reports and strategic workforce plans
Required Skills:

Strong recruitment and talent acquisition knowledge
Leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
Conflict resolution and decision-making skills
Proficiency in HRMS and Microsoft Excel
Organizational and problem-solving skills
Eligibility:

5 to 8 years of experience in Human Resources
Relevant qualification in HR / Management preferred
