Job Title: HR Manager
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled HR Manager with at least 5 years of experience to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of labor regulations and HR best practices to ensure a positive workplace environment.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
– Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
– Oversee employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary procedures
– Ensure compliance with labor regulations and HR best practices
– Manage payroll and benefits administration
– Develop and maintain employee engagement initiatives
– Conduct training and development programs for employees
– Handle performance management processes
– Maintain employee records and HR documentation
– Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related matters
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management
– Strong understanding of labor regulations and HR best practices
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
– Proficient in HRIS and MS Office applications
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
– Ability to work well in a team and independently
– Certification in HR management is a plus
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management
– Certification in HR management is a plus
