Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled HR Manager with at least 4 years of experience to oversee and manage all human resource functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, developing, and retaining employees while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
– Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
– Oversee employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance
– Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
– Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
– Manage payroll, benefits administration, and compensation plans effectively
– Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement levels and implement initiatives to improve them
– Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role for at least 4 years
– In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
– Proficient in HRIS and MS Office applications
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
– 4+ years of experience in HR management role
