Job Title: HR Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience to oversee all aspects of the human resources function within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, including employee relations, recruitment, training and development, compliance, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
– Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
– Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
– Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations
– Develop and monitor HR policies and procedures
– Manage employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processes
– Coordinate training and development programs for employees
– Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and management
– Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; Master’s degree preferred
– Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management
– In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
– Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software systems
– Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
– Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– Master’s degree in HR Management or related field (preferred)
– SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification (preferred)
– Minimum 10 years of experience in HR management
