Job Title: HR Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in HR management, with strong leadership skills and the ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals
– Oversee recruitment and hiring processes, including conducting interviews and making hiring decisions
– Manage employee relations, including addressing conflicts and resolving employee issues
– Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
– Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
– Handle performance management processes, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback
– Manage payroll and benefits administration
– Analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role
– Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to lead and motivate a team
– Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office software
– Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
