Job Overview:
We are seeking an HR Intern who will specialize in IT recruitment to join our team. This position offers valuable hands-on experience in the recruitment process, specifically focusing on sourcing, screening, and engaging with candidates within the IT sector.

Responsibilities:
– Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through online job boards and social media platforms.
– Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidate’s qualifications.
– Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
– Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job ads on various platforms.
– Maintain recruitment database and keep track of candidate status and feedback.
– Support with other HR-related tasks as needed.

Requirements and Skills:
– Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Strong interest in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with HR software is a plus.

Qualifications:
– Currently enrolled in a college or university program.
– Prior experience or coursework related to HR or recruitment is an advantage.
– Willingness to learn and develop new skills in the field of HR and IT recruitment.
– Availability to commit to a minimum of 15-20 hours per week.
