Job Title: HR Intern

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and talented HR Intern to join our team. This internship will provide valuable experience in human resources operations and management. The ideal candidate should have a passion for HR and be eager to learn and contribute to the team.

Responsibilities:
1. Assist with recruitment processes, including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support the onboarding process for new employees, including filing paperwork and conducting orientations.
3. Help with employee relations by organizing training sessions and handling employee inquiries.
4. Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.
5. Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR team.
6. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HR best practices.

Requirements and Skills:
1. Pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
4. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
5. Attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Basic understanding of HR practices and compliance regulations.

Qualifications:
– Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– No prior experience required; however, relevant coursework or internship experience is a plus.
– Strong desire to learn and grow in the field of HR.
