Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our team. As an HR Intern, you will provide support to the HR department in various functions, gaining valuable experience in recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in the field of human resources.

Responsibilities:
– Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
– Help with new employee onboarding and orientation process.
– Assist in organizing and coordinating training programs.
– Maintain employee records and HR databases.
– Support employee relations activities and initiatives.
– Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Requirements and Skills:
– Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
– Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
– Proficiency in MS Office applications.
– Ability to work well in a team setting.

Qualifications:
– High school diploma required; pursuing a college degree preferred.
– No prior experience required; internship experience in HR a plus.
– Familiarity with HR processes and terminology is a plus.
