Job Overview:
The HR Intern will support the HR department in various administrative tasks and projects. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in human resources.
Responsibilities:
– Assist in recruitment processes, such as job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
– Help maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
– Support in organizing training sessions and employee development programs.
– Aid in maintaining HR policies and procedures.
– Assist in payroll and benefits administration.
– Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Requirements and Skills:
– Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources or related field.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
– Proficiency in MS Office applications.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
– Previous internship experience in HR is a plus.
– Knowledge of HR laws and regulations is preferred.
– Familiarity with HR software systems is a bonus.
