Job Description: HR Intern
Stipend: ₹3,000 – ₹4,000 per month
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated HR Intern to join our team. The HR intern will support various HR functions and gain valuable experience in human resources operations. This position is ideal for candidates with a passion for HR and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
– Assist with recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing candidates, and coordinating interviews.
– Support HR personnel with administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records.
– Help organize training and development programs for employees.
– Assist in conducting employee orientation and onboarding activities.
– Aid in updating HR policies and procedures manuals.
– Provide general support to the HR department as needed.
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
– Previous internship or 01 year of experience in HR is preferred.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
– Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
– 0-1 year of previous internship or experience in HR role.
