Job Title: HR Intern

Job Overview: As an HR Intern, you will provide support to the Human Resources department in various HR-related tasks and projects. This internship offers the opportunity to gain practical experience and exposure to different aspects of HR functions.

Responsibilities:
– Assist in recruitment processes, such as posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and screening candidates.
– Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
– Maintain and update HR records and databases.
– Assist in organizing employee training and development programs.
– Help with employee engagement initiatives and events.
– Conduct research on HR best practices and trends.
– Assist in drafting HR policies and procedures.

Requirements and Skills:
– Pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Attention to detail and organizational skills.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
– Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
– Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Qualifications:
– Enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Human Resources Management or a related field.
– Previous internship experience in HR is a plus but not required.
