Job Summary:
Prudent Ads is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the Human Resources department. The internship is ideal for MBA students or recent graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in core HR functions, recruitment, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
Maintain candidate databases and HR records
Support onboarding and induction processes
Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication
Assist in day-to-day HR operations and documentation
Work closely with the HR team on ongoing projects and process improvements
Key Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of HR processes
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office tools
Eligibility Criteria:
Must be pursuing or have completed an MBA (preferably in HR)
Available for a full-time 6-month internship
